STEP 1:

STEP 2:
ADVERTISING AND SOURCING:
After receiving the job requirements, we place advertisements online (Jobs sa, Best Jobs sa and Jobmail), the advertisements will also appear in the Jobmail. This gives us a good response from Candidates. We have a team that searches for ideal Candidates that match the minimum requirements
STEP 3:
INTERVIEWS:
Screening will then follow, which includes matching of the Candidates CV with the requirements for the position, conducting an interview with the Candidate, reference checks and ITC checks on the Candidate
STEP 4:
CANDIDATE SUBMISSION/REPORT TO CLIENT:
A series of steps customized to each client to ensure that recourses are presented in the format required by clients.
These include:
· Skills matrix for each position
· Standardize CV submission format
An objective post interview report is submitted with all candidates CV’s to assist you in making a balanced judgement about the suitability of each candidate
