This is the motto that we live and work with. Respiro Studios has for the last 10 years been actively working with young (and old) upcoming Performing Artists.
We specialise in the Bel Canto singing style (an old Italian opera style) that we have adapted to modern music. The emphasis is purely on the Breath, because without breath there is no sound.
"Blocking" is a term we use that refers to working with the Student's stage technique. This includes microphone technique, stage personality and movement.
Respiro Studios has a number of Specialists that can consult on almost any aspect of Performing Arts.
Although most of our Studios are based in Centurion, we are mobile and work all across South Africa.
