With our disappearing forests we also offer a bi-sided wood-cast product. Three louvered wood look on the one side and a two louvered wood look on the other side. This pre-cast wall look so real, you actually have to touch it in order to feel that its really made of concrete. TECHNICAL SPESIFICATIONS OF OUR CONCRETE PRE-CASTWALLS Size - 300mm (width) x 1440mm (height) x48mm (thickness) Precast walls can be erected in following heights: 300mm,600mm, 900mm, 1200mm, 1800mm, 2100mm and 2400mm Concrete - Concrete used for our brick or wood-crete walls will attain a strength of 40 MPA in 28 days (Conventional walls 20- 25 MPA) Double sided concept - Our double sided brick, rock and wood-crete are precision moulded. The panels fit perfect into the pillars with no further finishing required. The tongue in groove design ensures an invisible panel interlock. The result is a strong and very solid wall that looks like a brick built wall. Reinforcing - Posts: 2x 5mm twisted spring steel - Slabs: 3x 3mm twisted spring steel Installation - Foundation size: 400mm x 400mm and the pillars are planted 600mm deep into the ground

Wood-crete wall Our Wood-crete walls look like wood having a wooden look on both sides, but cannot rot or burn due to being manufactured with reinforced concrete ! It has a wood texture on both sides. It is also ideal to replace rotting existing wooden fences. Concrete becomes stronger over time which means that you will never have to replace it.
