Select Recipients

You can communicate with multiple clients/subscribers via bulk SMS. Remember to keep it short and to the point. To send bulk SMS, first select recipients and then compose the message.

  1. Click on “SELECT RECIPIENTS”.
  2. Click on the relevant alpha character/“SHOW ALL” to view the client list.
  3. Click next to the applicable client names to select the recipients - (repeat steps 2 and 3 until all recipients are selected).
  4. Click on “COMPOSE Message”.

Ensure the communications you send are not considered SPAM, by refraining from sending messages to people who did not agree to receive the messages.
